Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 15, 2026
This privacy policy describes how Schaumburg Concrete Construction ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to schaumburgconcretecontractor.com. We keep this policy as short and plain-English as we can. If something here doesn't make sense or you want more detail about a specific practice, call us at 847-610-6459 or email schaumburgconcretecontractor@gmail.com.
Information We Collect
We collect two kinds of information: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use the site.
Information You Provide
When you fill out our estimate request form, send us an email, or call us, you give us some or all of the following: your name, phone number, email address, project address or neighborhood, and details about the concrete project you want a quote on. That's it. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, bank information, or identity documents. If a form on our site ever does, something has gone wrong and you should not submit it.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the site we and our third-party tools (primarily Google Analytics 4) collect standard log information: IP address, device type, browser type, referring page, the pages you visit on our site, and how long you spend on each one. This is used to understand what's working on the site and what isn't. It is not used to build an advertising profile about you.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you give us for the following purposes only:
- To respond to your estimate request or inquiry
- To schedule an on-site visit and prepare a written quote
- To communicate with you about your project, answer questions, and follow up on work in progress
- To send you a final invoice and any warranty information if we complete a job for you
- To respond to reviews, referrals, or post-project feedback
We use automatically-collected site analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. We do not use your information to target advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles on individuals.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information with third parties only in the specific circumstances listed below.
- Service providers. We use Google Analytics 4 for site analytics and a third-party CRM platform (GoHighLevel) to manage estimate requests and customer communication. Information submitted through our website form is transmitted to these providers so we can respond to you. Both services have their own privacy policies.
- Subcontractors or referral partners. On the rare occasion we refer a job we're not the right fit for, we will ask you first before sharing your contact information with a partner.
- Legal obligations. If we are required to disclose information by law, subpoena, or court order, we will comply with that requirement.
Cookies and Tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic session management and for Google Analytics 4. GA4 sets first-party cookies to measure site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser if you prefer, and the site will still function for all the things you actually came here to do. If you want to opt out of Google Analytics tracking specifically, Google provides a browser add-on for that purpose.
Data Retention
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as is reasonably necessary to operate the business, honor warranties, handle any follow-up questions, and meet tax and accounting requirements. If you ask us to delete your information and you are not an active or recent customer, we will delete it within a reasonable time frame.
Your Rights
You have the right to ask what personal information we have about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete it (subject to the retention rules above). Illinois residents in particular have rights under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act and the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act, though we don't collect biometric data and the information we do collect is limited to what's described above. If you want to exercise any of these rights, call or email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you give us. Our site is served over HTTPS, our third-party service providers are selected for their security practices, and we limit internal access to customer information to the people who need it to do their job. No online service is perfectly secure, and we recommend that you never send sensitive financial or identity information through any website form.
Children
Our site and our services are intended for homeowners and building professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have received information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of the page. For significant changes we will post a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after a policy update means you accept the updated policy.
